We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Marketing Coordinator looking to make a real difference through their work at myHomecare in Clayton Victoria.
**So, what does the role entail?**
No matter your role with the myHomecare Group, you’ll play a key part in supporting our clients and their families. With us, you’ll become a true expert of marketing administration in the in-home care space - and we’ve got the comprehensive training and development tools to get you there. You’ll be responsible for:
- Assisting to deliver the marketing initiatives in consultation with the wider marketing team, these include creating content, proofreading material, managing social media profiles, updating websites and other tasks to meet our marketing goals. Including:
- Assisting in the development of some strategic and tactical marketing initiatives and plans when requested by National Marketing Managers.
- Assisting with proofreading collateral, newsletters, articles, and blogs.
- Writing blog posts, articles, and other written content.
- Creating SEO content and help optimise SEO for all websites and brands.
- Conducting market research to identify effective promotional methods and negotiate media contracts.
- Investigating new media opportunities (print, events, online, advertorials), negotiate rates, and book space as requested by National Marketing Managers.
- Working in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Assist in developing the Homecare Business.
**We are looking for someone with**:
- BA in Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar position.
- Blog writing experience is a must.
- Strong computer skills in CRM systems, database management, Microsoft Office including Excel - Word - Outlook and Teams.
- WordPress experience will be highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Effective oral and written communication, ability to proofread and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills utilised in developing collaborative relationships with consumers, internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to take initiative. You get things done quickly and efficiently.
- The right to work in Australia.
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (the myHomecare Group will organise via WorkPro at no cost).
- Proof of Covid Vaccination.
