As the Department Manager, you will deliver an exceptional standard of customer care, utilise your business and financial acumen to analyse financial documents, identify opportunity and implement strategies to deliver results. You will be a people first leader, passionate about the sports industry.

**The Role**

- Business management orientated role allowing you to monitor, analyse, and be accountable for financial reports, rostering and results, including P&L management.
- Autonomy to lead and develop your team.

- **Multiple locations across Sydney Auburn, Tempe & Miranda.**

**About You**
- **Management experience in a high-performance store with medium to large teams.**:

- An inspiring leader passionate about instilling growth and development within your team.
- Dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPI’s.
- **Experience working to financial documents such as P&L, and sales and stock reports.**:

- Experience with rostering team members.
- **Ability to work a flexible roster, including one weekend day each week.**:

- Attention to detail.
- Experience in training, coaching and performance management.
- **Passion for sports and the sports industry.**:

- Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset, with strong critical thinking skills.
