**Job Description**:
As a Junior Planner, you will provide vital support to the company principal in conducting research, analyzing data, and assisting with the preparation and implementation of planning projects. This role is an excellent entry point for individuals looking to start their career in planning, as it offers exposure to a wide range of planning activities and opportunities for professional development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting research and data collection for planning projects.
- Analyze data and contribute to the development of planning strategies and recommendations, including planning proposals.
- Assist in the preparation of planning reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Support public consultation processes and engage with stakeholders.
- Stay updated on relevant planning policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Planning, Geography, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Proficiency in GIS software and other planning-related tools is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of planning policies, regulations, and procedures is a plus.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with a passion for sustainable and innovative planning solutions.
