Looking for an AR Clerk to join the team
- Full time, Monday to Friday
- Based onsite in Padstow

**Responsibilities -**
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording AR data
- Reconcile branch accounts
- Assist Sales Department with issuing credits
- Reconcile the AR ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Verify discrepancies and resolve
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending reminders and contacting customers
- Generate financial reports as required
- Matching payments to invoices
- Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues
- Submitting regular reports to Senior Management
- Perform customer credit checks, maintaining accounts receivable files and records.

**Requirements -**
- Diploma / Degree in accounting or related field with 2+ years’ experience in AR.
- Great attention to detail and able to achieve high degree of accuracy.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and ability to calculate and manage accounting figures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- An ability to work independently as well as in team environment.
- An ability to prioritise and manage expectations
- Proficiency with MS Office Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with accounting software programs, however, training will be provided for our in-house system.
