**Our Role**

As a Trades Assistant, you are an individual who performs works under the supervision of both Solar Electrician and HVA/C technicians installing Airconditions.

You will be expected to contribute to internal processes of continual improvement in accordance with the safety standards of En3rgy Solutions. Whilst your role may vary, you are typically tasked with supervised execution of works, safety measures & risk management for the following responsibilities:

- Supporting tradespeople and operators
- Operating hand and power tools
- Cleaning and preparing worksites/Work Areas
- Working autonomously and as part of a Team
- Assembly and dismantling operations
- Transporting tools, materials, and workpieces
- Operating mobile plant and lifting equipment

**About You**:

- At least 1 year of experience working in an electrical, HVAC or mechanical environment as a Trade Assistant.
- Experience working within the industry would be advantageous.
- A strong focus on safety is a top priority for us.
- Demonstrated self-management and accountability.
- A helpful nature and a high work ethic are essential qualities.
- High attention to detail is crucial in ensuring quality work.
- Willingness to be hands-on and get involved in tasks as required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with the team.
- A team player who can work together with colleagues to meet project deadlines.

**Salary**: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
