Electrical TA to be trained as a Team Leader

Our client has been in operation since 1994 and are a national company that provide automation manufacturing and maintenance services.

**Your new role**
While this is initially an Electrical Trade Assistant role, where you will complete tasks such as building loom/harness sets, panel wiring, equipment utilisation and other sub assembly builds; this position will also require you to train new Apprentices/TA’s and work closely with the Workshop Supervisor to be trained as a Team Leader, where you will complete the following:

- Ensure all work meets quality standards
- Ensure all technical drawings are read and understood
- Ensure all documentation is filled out correctly
- Ensure all processes of manufacturing are followed and adhered to
- Ensure completion dates, quality standards and budgets are met
- Contribute to training procedures, SOPs, and Work Instructions aligned with project work

Located in the southern suburbs, 20 minutes from Adelaide’s CBD.

- Electrical Trade Assistant work history
- Availability to work full-time hours
- Must be available for overtime
- Covid Vaccination Certificate
- Sound interpersonal, communication and written skills
- Competent computer literacy skills
- Read and interpret plans/drawings
- Able to learn the operation of semi-automated and automated cable manufacture equipment
- Display a sense of urgency and passion for what you do
