Known for our exceptional customer service and operational excellence, we are now looking for a driven **Account Manager** to join our growing team.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to assess and pre-qualify MV Technology Solutions' products and services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market opportunities.
- Lead initiatives to introduce and promote **new technologies**, advocating solutions to targeted client sectors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Conduct early technical discussions with consultants and customers to **influence project specifications** during the design phase. Perform market research and trend analysis to identify customer requirements, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide technical support to the sales team, including preparation of **proposals, presentations**, and customer-specific documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams and sales functions to align strategies with business objectives. Represent MV Technology Solutions at **industry seminars, conferences, and technical committees**, showcasing innovative solutions to drive market leadership.
- Develop and implement strategies to **diversify market share** through the effective use of MV Technology Solutions' extensive portfolio.
- Proactively resolve customer concerns, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Uphold MV Technology Solutions' core values of **safety and integrity**, taking responsibility for actions while fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
**Your Background**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Engineering, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is highly regarded.
- Proven experience in account management, product marketing, or business development, particularly within the **energy or electrical sector**.
- Strong technical background in high-voltage equipment, switchgear, or related technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in engaging with consultants and influencing project specifications to achieve outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of effective **customer engagement**.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
