**The opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time, versatile and talented **Human Resources Administrator/Recruiter VIC & SA**to join the Menzies Aviation Team based at the Melbourne Airport.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will provide effective administration and recruitment support, as well as HR projects for VIC & SA. Duties include:

- Co-ordinate and manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees, and temporary staff.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, new employee packs, induction packs, and other HR documents and correspondence.
- Assist with early management of workers compensation including lodgment and managing minor claims
- Manage and respond to HR enquiries in the HR Mailbox and complete monthly reporting
- Contribute to the delivery of HR projects and programs e.g. reward and recognition programs

**What we need from you**
- Tertiary Qualification in HR or currently studying with experience working in a fast paced environment
- You will be extremely flexible, results driven, with strong operational capability
- Professional, approachable and warm in style with effective stakeholder management
- Strong ability to time manage, problem solve and deliver to deadlines
- Proficient using the Microsoft Office suite including Intermediate Excel
