YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Business Partner you will align with the Country Customer Fulfilment Manager and support transition into CFF market organisation. Ensure close cooperation across the People & Culture country organisation by providing support and guidance to (CFF) Unit People & Culture Managers. As the CFF People and Culture Business Partner, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Strategic People & Culture partner to the Country Customer Fulfilment manager, aligning and translating strategic business objectives & initiatives to People & Culture requirements and actively support to establish and develop the country CFF organisation
- Responsible for coordinating leadership and succession for the country CFF organisation
- Secures together with Group CFF People & Culture matrix, specific knowledge, competence and tools, as well as align on common processes and best practices
- Contributes to a ‘customer focused’ mindset through a network of stakeholders across the country organisation, both People & Culture and other functions, and proactively drive towards a multichannel retailer, by among others offering CFF competence development for all in Retail.
- Takes responsibility to coordinate and align relevant P&C processes, tools and ways of working, together with total People & Culture function. Drives all relevant ‘people alignment’ work necessary to enable new situation where CFF and Retail are one: including e.g. Compensation and Benefits policies
