**Responsibilities**:
As IKEA Business Specialist you will support our IKEA Business Leader and work with a cross-functional team to position IKEA as the first-choice destination for businesses’ furnishing needs, to enable extraordinary growth.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Work closely with other Commercial and non-commercial functions, e.g. Marketing, Digital and Customer Fulfilment, in order to execute and implement IKEA business strategy to drive sales and conversion
- Continuously work with the IKEA Business Leader in realising the objectives of IKEA Business in the local market
- Lead special projects, such as targeted marketing campaigns or office furnishing events or implementation of new offers
- From IKEA Business perspective Act as a member of the Selling team and proactively contribute to Selling plan and output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals
- Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and to maximize impact (for example Digital, Customer Fulfilment, Communications, Sustainability, Business Navigation Operations & Finance, People & Culture)
- Contribute to the integrated multichannel executions/output of the function in order to contribute to the business goals
- Measure performance of output in own areas to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, and to ensure performance excellence throughout the year

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The preferred location for the role is Service Office Sydney however remote work from any IKEA AU location will be considered.
