Additional information:

- These roles are Permanent Part-time 60hrs/fortnight.
- The internal job title for this role is Fulfilment Operations Co-worker
- We operate 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a spread of hours from starting from 3:00am to finishing time of 11:00am. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday consecutively).
- To be considered for the role, if you do not already possess a Forklift License (LF), you must be willing to obtain one.

**About this work area**

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker (Forklift) your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Receiving containers and unloading them using a counterbalance forklift. Locating pallets using a reach truck.
- Picking and loading the daily replenishment for the store.
- Replenishing your assigned area to ensure it is fully stocked.
- Using inventory systems to ensure stock availability is as accurate as possible.
- Demonstrating a safe and efficient approach to secure that all stock is in the right place at the right time.
- Working with a hands-on approach in a fast paced and physically demanding team environment with tight deadlines.
- Ensuring IKEA SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of yourself and your co-workers.

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker (Forklift) you are or have:

- Experience in driving forklifts (high reach & counterbalance) and hold a valid forklift (LF) licence or be willing to obtain one.
- A ‘Togetherness’ mindset where you’ll work closely with your team and other departments yet also be able to work independently.
- The ability to think and act in a safe and efficient manner, to ensure smooth fulfilment operations.
- Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including repetitive lifting.
