**About the Role**

This **CIVIL SUPERVISOR** vacancy is a contract assignment of 4-6 months initially, that will have you based at an industrial site located south of the river in Perth while working 6.30am-5.30pm daily. The position will offer some interesting variety as this business undertakes all types of civil scopes of work for commercial, industrial and mining clients including; earthworks, drainage, insitu & precast concrete, and road construction. The initial focus will be construction of an insitu concrete and access roads scope of work at a site in Kwinana. It is intended that this role will evolve into a permanent position given current and future new projects expected to be awarded in coming months. As **CIVIL SUPERVISOR** you will coordinate and allocate site resources (plant/manpower/equipment) and oversee the daily activity on site during construction of concrete foundations and pads, roads and civil works. You will also ensure your crews’ adherence to the site OH&S management plan to drive an injury free safety culture. This role would be an ideal position for an experienced **CIVIL SUPERVISOR** with 5+ years’ experience on a broad range of civil construction projects, including some past MRWA road construction experience, and who is flexible to undertake 2/1 FIFO rosters in future if required. **A terrific hourly rate is on offer of $75-80/hr + Super,** weekly pay, and an IMMEDIATE START pending your availability.

**Skills, Qualifications and Other Requirements**
- Carpentry trade qualification (or similar)
- 5+ years’ **CIVIL SUPERVISOR** experience with Civil Contractors in Australia on projects including; insitu concrete foundations, earthworks, drainage and road construction
- Proven success as a **CIVIL SUPERVISOR** managing construction teams (30+) and effective utilization of plant and equipment to achieve project milestones
- Previous experience building access roads or other roads/highways to MRWA specs for civil contractors.
- Excellent safety record on your past projects
- Top-class all-round communication skills to liaise with client contacts and lead teams successfully
- Ideally residing south of the river in Perth for logístical reasons, with existing rights to live and work in Australia
- Current WA C Class driver’s licence
