Our client, a well-established Registered Training Organisation (RTO), is seeking qualified and experienced **Trainers & Assessors** to deliver a range of **CPC (Construction, Plumbing and Services) training package qualifications**.

**Qualifications You Will Deliver**

We are currently recruiting for trainers in the following qualifications:

- CPC31320 Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling
- CPC31020 Certificate III in Solid Plastering
- MSF31113 Certificate III in Cabinet Making _(cross-delivered under CPC projects)_

**Your Responsibilities**
- Deliver training and assessment in line with the Standards for RTOs 2015 and ASQA compliance requirements
- Prepare and facilitate both classroom-based and practical onsite training
- Conduct assessments in simulated and/or real workplace environments
- Participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement processes
- Provide guidance and support to learners, ensuring a positive learning experience

**Essential Criteria**
- Current **TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment** (or equivalent that meets compliance)
- Relevant trade qualifications and **at least 3 years of industry experience** in your field
- Proven experience in delivering vocational training in CPC qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current industry currency and professional development records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a quality-focused team

**Highly Desirable**
- White Card (Construction Induction Training)
- Experience working with apprentices and mature-age learners
- RPL and workplace assessment experience
- Ability to adapt delivery for CRICOS or domestic students (if applicable)
