**E-Commerce & Warehouse Coordinator**

Four Fashion Australia is home to three in-house labels**:Madison The Label, Lost in Lunar**, and **By.Dyln**. We take a fresh approach to the latest trends, delivering timeless styles, bold prints, and eye-catching colours for the modern, fashion-savvy woman.

**About the Role**

As an **E-Commerce & Warehouse Coordinator**, you will play a key role in managing online orders, ensuring seamless operations across our digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the fulfilment of online orders across our websites and The Iconic, ensuring accurate packing and dispatch.
- Processing online returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Cropping product images for online uploads using Photoshop.
- Assisting in stock management and general warehouse upkeep.
- Accepting and unpacking stock deliveries and handling Iconic returns.
- Uploading products and descriptions to The Iconic’s backend system.
- Maintaining brand consistency and adhering to company guidelines.
- Providing administrative support to our creative team.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Photoshop skills for image cropping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- A passion for women's fashion and current trends.
- The ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take direction.
- Shopify knowledge (preferred but not essential).

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
