Showcase is the UK's fastest growing physical off-price and sample sale partner working with premium luxury brands like Aspinal of London, Stella McCartney, and Mulberry to run flash/pop up sales. We predominately run our sales out of our flagship store in London or online. We are coming to run two events in Sydney and we are looking for temporary support staff to join us

Within this role you will assist in the overall logistical and operational aspects of a sample sale event including but not limited to; stock management, cloakroom and queue management and most importantly client and customer service.

Working within a strong and friendly team, in a role where teamwork is key, you will be required to have the ability to build good relationships and have a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in all aspects of event preparation and execution
  • Following protocol and instructions of event management, ensuring effective responsibility and ownership of your tasks
  • Assisting in loading in and out of stock in boxes
  • Communicating and coordinating with other team members to ensure completion of job requirements
  • Excellent customer service and assisting customers with their purchases
  • Ensuring the cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas on shop floor
  • Use initiative and being helpful for the overall success of our events
  • Assist in the management of stock control and distribution

Key Skills:

  • Ability to work and perform under pressure
  • Diligence and attention to detail when completing a task
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • You must be self-motivated, show initiative, confident and a strong team-player
  • Physical stamina, high energy levels and be able to be on your feet for long periods of time
  • Retail/ Warehouse/ Sample sales experience is beneficial but not necessary

Hours and days will vary depending upon our Events Calendar including weekend working. We will be requiring people for the period 21st October – 1st November. Please specify your availability (full time, part time (specify days/hours) along with your CV when applying for this role.
