**About You**

This opportunity would suit a dedicated and detail orientated administrator. With the flexibility to embrace multiple platforms, systems and portals. You will become an integral part of our supportive team. While finance is not a central function of this role, experience and/or a understanding of reporting/funding literacy will be highly regarded.

We are seeking someone to join a **permanent full-time basis accruing a monthly RDO. **This position is based out of our newly renovated, sun lit central office - opposite the QVB on York Street, Sydney. The office is only a very short walk from Town Hall train station.

To be successful for the role you will have:

- Strong administrative and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise effectively
- Project Management experience
- A friendly collaborative team approach
- Ability to adapt to and pick up new systems quickly
- Ability to manage and respond to high volumes of requests/queries
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
- A positive, resilient and ‘can do’ attitude
- *XAP _(formerly StoryPark Manage) system experience highly regarded*

**The Role**

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing generalist administration support to the wider team,
- System administrator use of _XAP _(formerly storypark manage)
- Work collaboratively as required with Finance, Business Operations, and Early Childhood Education colleagues to:

- Examine and interpret a wide variety of data/information as directed
- Perform analysis to inform recommendations.
- Access a wide range of Government funding portals
- Work to achieve goals and objectives set for the Business Operations team
