We are searching for a collaborative and hands on Quality Business Partner to join our team at our Dandenong site. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role will coordinate and maintain the site quality management systems with a focus on ensuring internal and external compliance requirements.
Purpose of the Role
- Ensure product food safety and quality standards are met
- Working collaboratively with the site team to achieve targets and milestones in Food Safety & Quality
- Provide training and coaching of the site teams on Food safety and quality standards
- Complete Internal Audits and coordinate the internal audit process for corrective actions and close outs of NCRs
- Ensure on time completion of verification activities
- Maintain site quality management systems and general administrative duties
- Support the QA Manager with managing onsite external audits
- Compile accurate and timely reports to site and regional management
- Coordinate consumer complaint investigations

About You
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Food industry background and/or bakery industry will be highly regarded
- Tertiary Qualification in Food Science/Food Technology/Microbiology
- Highly collaborative approach with strong communication skills
- Demonstrated effectiveness in team engagement, cultural change and process improvement
- Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
