**We're hiring a Manager/Receptionist at a tattoo shop located in Crows Nest, Sydney**

We are looking for a new team member to join our fun and organized shop in Crows Nest. Our store values mutual respect and trust between employees and management, and we need someone who can be friendly to all of our customers. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Digital marketing and management, including SNS
- Scheduling and consultations
- Understanding and supporting the tattoo process and artists' needs
- Organizing the workspace, cleaning the shop, and managing inventory
- Customer service

**Required Qualifications**:

- Must be fluent in English (native level; there are many phone consultations)
- Skilled in customer interactions (handling inquiries, managing bookings, dealing with complaints, etc.)
- Punctual, cheerful, and diligent
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent at setting the atmosphere and customer service
- Sensitive about cleanliness
- Able to take initiative and work independently without needing direction
- Gentle and polite in communication
- Interested in tattoos

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Good photography skills
- Experience in customer service
- Managerial or retail experience
- Long-term commitment
- Responsible and diligent
- Well-groomed appearance
- Detail-oriented
- Visa status: Permanent Resident, Citizen preferred
- Basic knowledge of Korean

**Working Conditions**:

- 5-6 days a week (negotiable)
- 10:30 or 11 AM - 6:00 PM (7.5 hours)
- Hourly wage: $24.1-$27, depending on experience and ability

The job isn’t difficult, so anyone can learn, but it requires attention to detail in scheduling.

One-day trial (hourly wage $24.1).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
