Reputable project management company is seeking an amazing Office Manager to join their team

Delivering unique and stunning projects to the public and private sectors of South East Queensland, this reputable company's focus is to provide high quality, modern structures to it's clients.

Your new role
Reporting to the company director, the role of the office manager is vital to ensuring the smooth operations of the business and its staff. Your duties will include:

- Reception - being the first point of contact for our key clients and external contacts
- Meeting organisation - setting up rooms and welcoming in clients
- Day to day office management including ordering stationary and supplies, mail collection, scheduling equipment maintenance and tidying up.
- Dairy management for the directors
- Managing staff including onboarding, training, assisting with task prioritisation and problem solving.
- General administration as required
