Our Regency Park store is looking for a Workshop Supervisor to lead the fitting team. This is very much a hands-on role.

**You will be responsible for**:

- The Day-to-Day safety and OHS compliance for the workshop and team members.
- Liaising with stock controllers and sales managers regarding the movement of cars and stock levels
- Managing, mentoring, and providing direction to workshop technicians
- Allocation of job cards and management of workflow to ensure jobs are completed to schedule.
- Identification of skills gaps and implantation of a training plan
- Ensuring completion of all training is done in a timely manner.
- Maintaining compliance with ARB processes and procedures
- Checking that all workmanship is 100% up to standard.
- Ensuring all KPI’s for the department are met and or exceeded.
- Working closely with other departments such as Warehouse, Wholesale and Retail sales departments.
- Ensuring efficient management and timely ordering of consumable supplies
- Other duties as required

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
- High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- The ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Technical qualifications as an automotive technician/ accessory fitter an advantage
- Advanced understanding of vehicle electrical systems and diagnosis
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a “Can do” attitude.
- Basic IT skills and a dedication to ongoing learning.
