**Daimler Trucks Adelaide** are seeking a proactive and hands on **Parts Supervisor** to join our team in Regency Park. As a key leader of our department, you will be responsible for mentoring and supporting a small, dedicated team, ensuring all parts orders are accurately picked and delivered in a timely manner, proactively liaising with our customers to ensure clear communication and service satisfaction, and enabling the smooth daily running of the department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter seeking career progression with a national organisation that represents global brands. We are offering coaching and mentoring from experienced leaders and a competitive remuneration package including bonus.

**About The Role**:

- Provide hands on support, coaching and mentoring to a small Parts team
- Effectively manage all parts requests and orders and ensure they are delivered on time
- Communicate any delays or arrivals with the Service team and customers
- Manage all workshop/ pre-delivery parts credits and core returns
- Provide timely and expert parts advice to customers and workshop, face to face and over the phone
- Accurately interpret all parts manuals and catalogues
- Assist with warehouse operations

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience as a Parts Interpreter within automotive or heavy equipment
- Proven experience in mentoring or leading a team and strong leadership attributes
- Good sense of urgency, strong attention to detail and a compliance driven ethic
