Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain visually engaging UI/UX designs that enhance user experience and align with brand identity.
- Use Microsoft SQL Management Studio for database design, management, and normalization, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless website functionality and optimal user experience.
- Develop and manage content using CMS platforms such as Drupal and WordPress.
- Optimize websites for speed, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness.
- Conduct business workflow and process re-engineering to improve website functionality and streamline processes.
- Ensure website security by implementing best practices for security patches and operating system hardening.
- Attend customer service meetings and peer reviews to ensure the effective implementation of web design and development requests.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in web design, development frameworks, and UI/UX best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in web design and development (portfolio preferred).
- Technical Skills:

- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for responsive web design.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Management Studio for database design and optimization.
- Experience with Drupal, WordPress, and other CMS platforms.
- Strong UI/UX design skills, including experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Understanding of SEO principles, accessibility standards, and web performance optimization.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (Google GCP, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure).
- Experience with GitHub and local development environments.
- Experience with OS-X, Windows, and Linux for software development.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Pay: $73,150.00 per year
