We’re looking for a **Visual Content & Apparel Designer** to join our creative and collaborative **Design & Marketing Team**. This role blends visual storytelling with hands-on apparel design—perfect for a designer who loves both **digital media and real-world product design**.

**What You’ll Do**
- Design artwork for teamwear embellishments (sublimation, embroidery, vinyl).
- Develop high-quality mockups and proofs for customers and internal use.
- Design promotional materials such as signage, flyers, catalogues, and ads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs align with branding goals.
- Contribute to creative strategies that elevate brand recognition and sales.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or equivalent industry experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a design role (preferred).
- Strong skills in **CorelDRAW**, **Adobe Photoshop**, **Illustrator**, and **InDesign**.
- Experience with both digital content and print production.
- Strong time management and ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mindset, eye for detail, and a love for sport and style.

**Desirable (But Not Essential)**:

- Photography and post-production skills (especially for product/lifestyle).
- Basic video editing or motion graphics.
- Knowledge of embroidery digitizing software or processes.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta).
- Experience with web platforms, especially those using Liquid or Rails.
