**Your new company**
A leading event and entertainment promoter touring the biggest hip hop artists in the early 2000's, expanding their business into hospitality and property in the recent years. The venue is a host to over thousands of party goers.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the General Manager, you will utilise your incredible multi-tasking and organisation skills to bring to life the events with direction from the creative team and coordinate the entire production.
- The Event planner is expected to be at the night event to coordinate teams on marketing and entry.
- Normally its day time with marketing team who help promote and build the social media and marketing.
- Working as part of a world wide organisation and reports are at a high standard for events to be approved.
- Always planning the events from 4-8 weeks in advance.
- Work with wider group on budgets and advance talent.
- Cost each week, book talent, plan props and event activation.
- There will be a handover from November and an experienced team in place.
- Dealing with corporate stakeholders and business owners.
- Talking with the marketing team and putting timelines in place.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You are highly organised and thrive on a challenge.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft office.
- Understanding the culture of the clientele.
- Experienced Marketing professional with 2-3 years of events experience.
- Good with detail and accounting and reporting.
