**Business Optimisation & Continuous Improvement Specialist**

**The Role**

**Main responsibilities**
- Undertake continuous improvement initiatives and projects utilising on improvement methodology and framework such as Lean Six Sigma.
- Facilitate workshops to understand customers' requirements and process flow, develop business case/ charter, identify problem/ opportunity statements, validate data with stakeholders, identify bottlenecks and analyse root causes, and propose solutions.
- Consult to assess viability of potential solutions to meet process improvement needs and quantify the opportunity.
- Design, implement and maintain data pipelines for process mining projects. Undertake analysis through Celonis.
- Develop and maintain data models that meet the requirements of process mining projects, translating functional requirements into technical solutions.

**About you**
- Demonstrated evidence of successfully delivering process improvement projects within time, budget, and resource constraints.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases, as well as data modelling.
- Solid knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools and familiar with tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns and trends.
