**About the role**
The TA Lead will be guiding a team of 3 business partners and working collaboratively with the ANZ team, to develop innovative ways to source talent across the globe. They will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for a specialised division including strategic sourcing, international sourcing, onboarding and building a talent pipeline.

**About you**
To be successful, you will have the following:

- Experience in a strategic sourcing or resourcing role ideally in the medical industry
- Ability to demonstrate initiative in problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships and have outstanding communication skills
- International recruitment experience will be highly desirable (but not essential)
- Experience leading a small team
