The QHSE Specialist is responsible for assisting, developing, maintaining, and implementing Company Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Management System. This position will be fully responsible for implementing safe systems of work and safe behavioural practices at all levels of the organization. **What you will be required to do (but not limited to)**:

- To build up and maintain a dotted line network within area of responsibility for the relevant stakeholders
- Successful stakeholder management and reporting
- To ensure that the QHSE Programme is developed, maintained and complied with
- Ensure that the QHSE Programme and other certification (Compliance includes Pharmaceutical GDP, HACCP and other relevant certifications is implemented and maintained in the designated Branches within Australia and New Zealand
- To successfully aid Australia and New Zealand (e.g. tenders, meetings, nonconformity, corrective actions, change control, risk assessment)
- Lead health and safety initiatives and development of a Work Health and Safety (WHS) culture for DSV AU/NZ Air & Sea and Solutions

**About You**:

- Minimum two years practical experience with quality and health and safety systems management and audits (internal and external)
- Certified IRCA Lead Auditor Quality (ISO 9001) is an advantage
- Demonstrated knowledge of OH&S legislation across Australia and New Zealand
- Experience leading company H&S programme including return to work, Health & safety committees & health and wellbeing programmes
- Excellent written communication, computer and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in MS Office - in particular: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
