OUr client is looking for a
**WHS Officer** to join their team in
**Kemps Creek**. In this role, you will provide assistance and hands on support for all areas of safety management. You will provide advice and recommendations whilst developing a WHS strategy for a staff crew of up to 50.

This role is Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday shift, working in a supportive environment and competitive market rates.

**Responsibilities**
- Development of WHS documentation and ensuring compliance with WHS legislation;
- Conduct training for staff on health and safety practices;
- Analysing data to monitor incident trends and provide expert advice;
- Manage site audits and implement necessary action plans;
- Advise and support staff and managers on best WHS practice.

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role (within construction industry);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Enjoy training staff and implementing compliance.
