**About the Role**

Reporting directly to the Customer Services Manager, this full-time position requires you to have a proven background in customer service and sales administration. You will be responsible for providing premium service levels to our valued customers as well as increasing sales by up-selling/cross-selling products to existing customers. Hours will be **Monday to Thursday 10am-6pm and Friday 8am-4pm**.

**The role will require the following;**
- Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Secure new business with customers while maintaining existing orders.
- Advise customers of our diverse product range and price trends.
- Regular liaison with Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing departments.
- Regular liaison with Head Office Accounts Receivable Department.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- General filing, data entry, faxing and photocopying.

**All about you**:

- Prior experience working as a Customer Service Specialist in a busy customer service environment preferably the foodservice industry.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with great phone manners.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using MS Office.
