- HIA Insurance Services (HIAIS) is a specialist insurance broker, providing insurance products and risk advice to the residential building industry. Formed in 1984, HIAIS is as a joint venture between two leaders in their respective industries, Aon and the Housing Industry Association (HIA)._
**Senior Client Executive**
We are seeking a Senior Client Executive to join our high performing HIAIS Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for construction clients. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.
The Senior Client Executive is responsible for proving best in class service for a key portfolio of construction clients and will work closely with their team members to implement strategies which focus on growth and retention of a portfolio.

HIA is Australia’s only national building industry association, representing the interests of the housing industry at regional and national levels. Their extensive membership program for the last 70 years has supported residential builders, trade contractors, developers, design professionals and more.

**What the day will look like**
- End to end management of an existing portfolio in the construction space
- Build, manage and execute a pipeline of new business
- Actively contribute in monthly branch and sales meetings and be an eager learner for Aon and external training opportunities
- Proactively engage with clients around their risks, their current policies, and what policies they should consider
- Respond to day-to-day queries from clients including management of claims
- Handling processing duties including renewals, endorsements, invoicing
- Handling a range of account management, servicing, sales, and administration responsibilities
- Be part of a close-knit team with ongoing opportunities to develop your skills, mentor, and train others
- Collaborating with teams to improve compliance and to implement processes
- Actively support utilisation of new systems and processes that support our business growth and improvement
- Effective time management and the ability to multi-task
- In order to drive better advice and better solutions to our National Clients, assisting in retention and growth.

- Strong client relationship management capabilities
- First-class communication and presentation skills
- Strong administrative skills
- A keen entrepreneurial spirit
- Eye for detail and quality whilst working under pressure
- Eagerness to grow a career in insurance
- Tier 1 Qualification and basic insurance technical skills
