Founded in 1955, we are a leading civil engineering contracting company in WA. Over time we have established an excellent reputation and a strong presence in the Civil Construction industry and Mining Services.

We are currently seeking bobcat pozi operators to join our growing team. With work sites around the Perth metro area, you’ll be field based in a permanent full-time position which attracts a great hourly rate, overtime penalties and allowances. Ability to final trim and work independently to achieve the final product in subdivisions.

You will be leading and working with a team to ensure all site and project operations are executed to the client needs.

**Accountabilities of the role**:

- Maintain and adhere to a safe work environment.
- Reading and interpreting plans and drawings.
- Liaising with supervisors daily to ensure all work is completed timely and effectively.
- Ensuring records/reports are completed as required.
- Attending and contributing to Safety Committee Meetings as required.
- Conduct thorough Plant Prestart and Take 5.
- Contribute to the development of effective SWMS with the work crew.
- Ability to final trim and work independently.

**About you**:

- Highly competent in a civil bulk earthwork (essential).
- Complete a pre-employment physical assessment and drug test.
- RII operating ticket(s) and Construction White/Blue Card.
- Manual Drivers License (essential) and HR Drivers License (preferred).
