About Us:

Instant Bobcats is a family owned and operated business in Perth, operating for over 15 years. We are looking for a skilled and motivated bobcat & tipper truck operator to join our rapidly expanding team, based at our truck yard in Kenwick.

About the role:

Job Role consists of water corporation on-site clean ups, installing temporary reinstatements in roads, verges and foot paths. Working in small, busy, public area's with skid steer and truck. Back-filling, compacting, laying temporary cold mix (asphalt). Cleaning up sites to a safe & tidy standard.

To be considered for this role the successful candidate must have:

  • White Card
  • Skid Steer Ticket
  • HR open license
  • Ideally has experience with the use of bobcat attachments (sweeper)

The successful candidate needs to be available for shift / callout work (rotating roster including one weekend per month)

About You:

  • You are a team player that possesses a can-do and positive attitude
  • Previous experience min 2 years operating a bobcat and truck
  • Have current HR license or above
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships
  • Have your own reliable transport
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and night shift when required
