**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations on construction sites, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Operate machinery, including excavators, bobcats, compactors, and loaders, while adhering to site safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in the execution of site plans, including the carting and delivery of materials to and from the site, as well as loading and unloading materials.
- Mentor and train staff on proper machinery operation and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the core team to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring compliance with all regulations and protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy machinery, including but not limited to excavators, bobcats, compactors, and loaders.
- Previous supervisory experience is essential, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valid White Card and relevant machine tickets (e.g., Bobcat, Loader, Excavator) or willingness to acquire.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow and enforce instructions and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be a team player.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
