**About the School**:

**About the Role**:
Key responsibilities within the role include but are not limited to:
- Autonomy to perform a variety of day to day administrative and support services that are routine in nature and directed by the Principal or the Business Manager.
- Assist with human resources tasks for school support staff, including maintaining the electronic Timesheet Management program, printing of timesheets and ADO agreements as directed.
- Administer day to day financial matters (e.g. accounts receivable, receipting, banking).
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. school and departmental staff, parents, students and community members); provides information and advice in line with school policies and/or Principal directives and demonstrates empathy, emotional understanding and support.
- Assist the Principal, Executive Team and Business Manager to prepare minutes of meeting, policy documents, reports, forms, prospectuses and memorandums.
**Mandatory requirements**:
- When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
- Confirmation of employment is conditional upon the preferred applicant being issued with a Blue Card - must have
- A criminal history check will be initiated on the successful applicant - must have
- Demonstrated experience in One School - must have
- Proficient in One School receipting and banking - must have
- Knowledge of the TLM finger-scanner system - nice to have
