**As an**Administrative Officer, you will**:

- Provide administrative and logístical support for the Deakin team at the BWSC.
- Respond to enquiries accurately and in a timely manner and handling confidential information sensitively, to facilitate effective communication flow between academic staff and professional staff; senior staff of the University and external parties.
- Prepare reports, statistical data and spreadsheets for planning and reporting purposes.

**To be successful, you’ll have**:

- Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
- Completion of an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
- Completion of a Post-Trades Certificate or Advanced Certificate and extensive relevant experience as a Technician; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
