**As an Executive Assistant, you will**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the Dean’s office, ensuring efficient administrative processes that support the School’s evolving needs.
- Plan and coordinate key events, VIP visits, and official functions in collaboration with the School Manager and Dean.
- Manage high-level communications with internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies, medical organisations, and University executives.
- Provide executive support to the Dean, including diary management, correspondence drafting, and coordination of professional commitments.
- Deliver high-quality secretariat support for boards and committees, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and implementation of resolutions.

**To be successful, you’ll have**:

- A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. (insert discipline experience)
- Experience in administration and related activities in a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies and procedures.
- Experience in operating in a high-pressure diverse environment, involving face to face, phone and written issue.
- Project or Events management experience.
