We are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Specialist to join our IT Operations team to provide IT Service Desk and desktop support both remotely and onsite.

As part of a broader IT support team, you will provide technical expertise for a range of problems and solutions to our corporate team onsite in Surry Hills, as well as the rest of our employees based in other locations in ANZ.

As this is a customer facing role, you will be based 2 days a week at our Surry Hills site, with flexibility needed to attend our Bungarribee site, however we do offer flexibility and you will have access to work from home 2-3 days a week.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Manage IT Service Desk\Infrastructure calls within agreed SLA’s
- MS Windows 10\11 deployment & support (inc. the installation/relocation of end user hardware, and MS Teams)
- Maintain IT Asset Management registers, Active Directory and o365 administration
- Desktop, Laptop, Printers, and peripherals support
- Supporting remote user connectivity

**Who are you?**
- Min 2-3 years’ experience in an IT Service Desk support role
- Comfortable in providing desktop support in a MS Windows environment (iOS support experience desirable)
- Capability to manage and configure common office equipment in a complex environment
- Be a natural problem solver, with a tenacious, proactive attitude to resolve issues
- Have a great attitude, able to communicate with and support multi-level stakeholders
