**What you’ll be doing**

Our ready-made meals production facility in **Banksmeadow**, with world class technology is considered the newest and best in Australia.

As a **Finance Business Partner - Chef Fresh, **you'll partner with the leadership team to support their delivery of commercial and strategic priorities and provide commercial analysis on project and BAU activities and use to effectively support and influence leadership team to achieve strategic objectives.

Develop trusted relationships with site leadership team to identify and deliver initiatives to grow volumes and profitability, prepare the weekly and monthly management accounts processes and prepare supporting commentary along with analysis of financial and operational reports on a daily & weekly basis. Providing the management team full visibility of site performance, sharing insights and advice to the leadership team, managing accuracy of input data sources.

**Good things you'll need**
- CPA, CIMA or CA qualified
- Financial and commercial acumen and an ability to interpret and analyse financial results
- Capital expenditures (CapEx) & product costing experience
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills
- Be resilient and persistent and have the appetite for driving change
- Superior time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks within a challenging environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem solving skills #LI-FIN
