As the Finance Business Partner (Food Manufacturing), you'll be commercially focused and results-driven and have current or past experience managing and leading a small team. Be highly skilled at coaching, stakeholder engagement, with strong communication and written skills.

**What you'll be doing**
- Lead the weekly, monthly and annual performance reporting cadence, and budgeting and planning cycles for RROA (a Coles-owned and operated meat processing facility based in Erskine Park, Sydney)
- Lead the weekly and monthly financial close process, ensuring correct adherence to finance policies and principles, including balance sheet reconciliations
- Partner with the broader finance team to ensure best practice reporting and analysis processes are in place
- Manage the process to correctly record, track and forecast project spend (capex and opex). Assist with business case preparation and appraisal
- Lead the Accounts Payable process for the site (overseeing an Accounts Payable Officer)
- Lead the payroll payment process for the site (overseeing 2 Payroll Officers) and support the centralisation of this activity
- Support the process improvements and testing associated with the implementation of a finance system for the site (currently a mix of Excel and SAP)

**Good things you'll need**
- CPA/CA qualified (or equivalent) with 3-5 years post-qualification experience
- Highly capable in Excel usage, including to report and analyse results. Capability using SAP finance systems or equivalent preferred
- Experience in financial accounting & reporting functions in commercial organisations (FMCG preferred)
- Experience leading teams including effective delegation of tasks, coaching and development, performance appraisal and sharing of regular feedback
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written including strong business writing skills
- Strong commercial and financial acumen #LI-FIN
