Our Perth Campus has the opportunity for a Student Recruitment, Account Manager to join our close-knit team, this role combines strategic sales expertise, solutions-focused thinking, and administrative capability with the goal of achieving student enrolments through identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships with agents, universities, student groups, professional associations, and other potential stakeholders
- Fostering these partnerships by effectively communicating ACAP PY's offerings, value proposition, and goals
- Collaborating and coordinating joint initiatives such as campaigns and events to amplify visibility and attract prospective students
- Continuously promote and represent ACAP PY as an education provider of choice
- Act as the primary point of contact for partnerships, understanding their needs and proposing effective solutions that mutually benefit both parties Manage a broad range of administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy

- Experience and success in B2B sales-driven environment or similar role
- Proven track record of achieving targets and desired outcomes
- Demonstrated self-motivation and proactiveness, thriving on autonomy
- Confident in building and nurturing relationships and fostering business growth
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid administrative proficiency
