We are looking for a **HubSpot Enablement Specialist** to oversee and optimize our data and processes within HubSpot. This role will also provide HubSpot marketing support, working closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance automation, reporting, and data **integrity.**
**About the role**:
**HubSpot Optimisation**
- **Process Improvement** - Analyse current sales, marketing and account management processes and reporting requirements, and propose HubSpot improvements to **streamline operations and enhance productivity**.
**Reporting & Forecasts** - create real time dashboards reports and analytics, including funnel metrics, lead and deal tracking, pipeline hygiene and individual forecasts.
**Data Analysis**: Monitor and evaluate sales data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns and adjust plans accordingly.
- **Data Integrity & Governance**: Ensure HubSpot data is **accurate, clean, and up-to-date**, providing recommendations to enhance data integrity and efficiency while adhering to security and privacy policies.
- **HubSpot & PandaDoc Administration**: Manage **system-level configurations**, user permissions, and access control to maintain **SOC2 compliance**.
- **Support & Troubleshooting**: Provide ongoing **user support, training, and troubleshooting** for HubSpot and PandaDoc. Maintain and update internal documentation for best practices.
- **New Features & System Enhancements**: Review and recommend **new HubSpot & PandaDoc functionalities** to enhance sales and account management workflows, participating in analysis, implementation, and documentation.
- **Privacy & Security Compliance**: Stay up to date on **HubSpot and PandaDoc security and privacy changes**, ensuring compliance before enabling new features.
**Other**
- **Cross-team Collaboration** - work in alignment with marketing, product, onboarding and sales teams on **cross-functional projects** to enhance HubSpot and other related systems.
- Support ad-hoc requests from **sales, marketing, and account management** teams to drive revenue efficiency.
**About You**:
- **Proven experience in HubSpot administration**, sales/revenue operations, or CRM management.
- Strong **analytical skills** with experience in **reporting, dashboards, and process automation**.
- Knowledge of **sales, marketing, and account management processes** and how they integrate with HubSpot
- Experience with **PandaDoc, marketing automation, and lead management tools** is a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with **Sales, Marketing, and Product teams**.
- Strong understanding of **data integrity, privacy, and security best practices**.
