Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager you will be accountable for:

- Implementing, managing and maintaining all Quality and Food Safety Systems
- Analysing Quality data to provide ongoing valuable feedback to enable continual improvements in quality
- Developing and maintaining standards / specification in relation to packaging materials, product, and customer specifications
- Assisting with investigations of quality concerns, customer complaints and non-compliance to specifications and provide reports as directed
- Managing the services and calibrations as per manufactures guidelines and the Quality plan
- Achieving and maintaining HACCP and BRC accreditation for the site
- Monitoring legal compliance checks and analyses for all products
- Organise servicing and calibration of register as per manufacturer's guidelines and quality plan. Assist with ensuring effective cleaning and maintenance of equipment and buildings and ensure adequate security and personal hygiene measures are in place and adhered to.

This role is suitable for someone with formal training in QA/HACCP and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a QA / Quality Officer or Food Production environment. Results oriented, you will have proven problem-solving skills and be committed to meeting the highest standards.
- Experience in integrating management systems (Food Quality, HACCP and ISO).
- Data management and analysis skills
- Ability to influence and motivate others to achieve change,
- Able to analyse and interpret technical data and possess strong document control management skills
- Understanding of HACCP and ISO (qualifications preferred)
- Qualification in Science (chemistry) OR relevant industry knowledge and internal / external auditor training.
