The purpose of the Warehouse Coordinator role is to monitor and control warehouse inventory by overseeing, directing and coordinating the movement of supplies, products and merchandise into and out of the warehouse.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be accountable for:

- Coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory deliveries
- Oversee and assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries
- Update and maintain storage database
- Provide regular inventory reports to management
- Process and provide necessary paperwork for shipment
- Ensure accuracy of shipping and receiving documents
- Inspect and ensure quality of incoming inventory
- Ensure strict adherence to all housekeeping and warehouse standards
- Coordinate the purchase of new inventory

This role is suitable for someone with competent computer skills and the ability to work autonomously. Results oriented, you will have proven problem-solving skills and be committed to meeting the highest standards.
- Inventory control experience
- Familiar with inventory scanner systems
- Ability to safely use warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks
- Current forklift license
