Support the Restorative Approaches in Healthcare statewide Steering Committee and its Chair, to consider and implement the recommendations from the Restorative Just and Learning Culture 2023 workshop.
- Support the development and implementation of a workshop to support progression of these initiatives.
- Initiate, develop, and lead state-wide service improvement initiatives that foster multi-disciplinary professional competence in the use of restorative just and learning practices in MHAOD services.
- Strategically assess MHAOD service-line participation in the continuum of restorative practice and proactively provide training, mentoring and support to implement restorative practice interventions.
- Provide expert authoritative counsel and consultancy services to clinicians, teams, and executives to support development of practices procedures and protocols in line with professional standards and evidence-based practice guidelines.
- Lead the Restorative Approaches in Healthcare Community of Practice and proactively support the governance arrangements for the implementation of restorative practice in MHAOD services.
