Seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to continue in the success of this property on the Mid-Coast of NSW just a short drive or flight from Sydney. You will have a well rounded hospitality background with experience across Accommodation, F&B and of course passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences. Responsible for managing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest satisfaction, their is an already seamlessly run team who just need guidance, a supporter, and who is very team culture driven.
- Oversee all hotel operations and ensure that guests (whether it be accommodation, events or restaurant) receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience.
- Be able to manage targets and budgets alongside the revenue team and identify opportunities to maximize profits
- Be a part of ensuring brand standards are met and implement training to ensure high levels of performance, productivity, and job satisfaction are optimised across the team.
- Maintain the hotel's physical condition and ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Conduct regular HOD meetings to keep everyone informed of changes, improvements, and updates

This is a well performing property with proud staff retention, so we are looking for someone to guide not direct, and work alongside not above them.
