This is a rarely offered, highly sought after opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor searching for career progression.

Working closely with the Service Operations Manager, Service Manager and a strong service team, you will be responsible for:

- Meeting our guests
- Taking enquires and service bookings
- Writing up repair orders
- Liaising with guests on vehicle progress
- Organising courtesy cars
- Estimating the cost and time needed to complete works
- Liaising with the Workshop Controller to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
- Quoting, and gaining authorisation for extra work
- Handling minor guest complaints
- Helping bring new business into the service department
- Highly motivated & guest service focused
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively and multi-task where required
- Ability to contribute to building a positive team spirit
- Energetic and possessing a positive attitude
- Intermediate PC skills
- Hold a current and valid manual driver's license (Queensland)
- Mazda Service Advising experience advantageous, but not necessary
