In **Australia **and** New Zealand,** we operate the iconic retail and eye care brands**:Sunglass Hut, Oakley, OPSM, Ray-Ban **and **Laubman & Pank. **Every day, EssilorLuxottica’s _190,000 employees in 150 countries _work towards a common mission to help people _see more and be more._ The Optometry Roster Coordinator is accountable for developing and communicating the optometry rosters of our stores in a manner which: - Meets the demands of each business unit to both the long term and short term strategy for EssilorLuxottica - Rosters to fill rates and create a culture of flexibility amongst the optometry community - Matches target optometry hours to maximize our sales - Manage compliance to optometry loadings - Communication with Professional Services Manager & Area Eyecare Managers - Manages State and National Relief Teams - Locum usage to be minimized and used only in regional and remote locations across ANZ - Manage optometry annual leave balances together with the Professional Service Managers **Knowledge & Skills required**: - Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Employee Payroll System - Analytical: Applies logic and clear thinking in assessing situations and information - Very priority driven: working in a fast environment it's necessary to identify priorities and be able to deal with conflicting deadlines - Possess a keen analytical mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for numbers and data - Initiates and sustains effective working relationships by exhibiting skills such as integrity, information sharing and consensus building. Displays high level influencing skills. - Expresses ideas, opinions and thoughts succinctly, readily understood by listeners and readers and writes clear, concise and readable documents.
