Dashing is currently seeking an exceptional Sales Co-ordinator (5 Days 38 hrs per week), looking for exposure to a dynamic Industry to join the MyMerch team, reporting directly to the General Manager, Dashing Merchandise Division. Dashing has a casual yet professional environment, with a strong culture evolving from Dashing's values.

In this role you will be responsible for production planning, coordinating and tracking of jobs, product sourcing, collating samples and artworks and liaising with internal account managers, customers and suppliers.

You will be willing to put in the hard work achieving exceptional results, whilst also being able to maintain a happy work-life balance

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Providing sales data and quotes to the Sales Team
- Issuing purchase orders, tracking production & scheduling jobs
- Assisting in creating innovative product based proposals
- Creating and processing orders in a timely manner to ensure customer and account manager satisfaction
- Performing data entry tasks for sales figures and other relevant information and maintaining an organised and accessible filing system
- Administrative duties
- Work in collaboration with all teams at Dashing
- Other duties as directed by the General Manager
