Our Optical Sales Representative based in Adelaide is pivotal in managing, growing, and elevating our presence across the independent optometry channel. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with existing accounts while driving new business, ensuring our brand portfolio is not only represented but elevated across the wholesale market.

This role is evolving beyond traditional sales, requiring someone who can combine dispensing experience (desired), brand elevation & education, key account management, and sell through strategies to deliver tangible results in-store. Working seamlessly with both the frames and lens team, you will have the ability to provide independent optometry partners a complete commercial solution, designed to grow their business and strengthen their connection to our brands.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage, develop, and elevate accounts, ensuring brand alignment maximises sell through performance in-store.
- Deliver training and education programs that strengthen brand knowledge, product expertise, and commercial success.
- Drive business development by identifying and converting new opportunities across South Australia, Northern Territory & regional NSW / VIC.
- Ensure in-store marketing and merchandising aligns with brand guidelines, creating standout visibility and patient impact.
- Leverage your dispensing background to provide tailored solutions that improve practice efficiency and patient experience.
- Collaborate across both frames and lenses to position EssilorLuxottica as the preferred full-service solution for independent practices.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven success in sales, business development, or key account management within optical or retail channels**:

- Dispensing experience within an optical retail or wholesale environment strongly regarded
- Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering sell through growth and elevating brand presence in-store.
- Ability to connect big picture brand strategy with hands on execution
- A collaborative, solutions focused mindset with the drive to build strong long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
- Proactive, energetic, and confident in pursuing new opportunities to grow the business.
- Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel throughout South Australia as required.
