Application Support Analyst

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our team. This is a key role that will provide technical support and maintenance for our software applications and information systems used in service delivery, administration, and operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support, software administration, or systems analysis roles, preferably within the healthcare sector. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of ICT applications, resolving user issues, and implementing enhancements to support our strategic objectives.
